Personal Approach
At H3 we like to make things personal. Our classes are small, so our expert coaches can motivate everyone individually. They can also help you on your form and give you the confidence to meet your true potential.

Group Excercise
Team work makes the dream work. We believe in supporting each other to get the best results. We also like to be social, be it partner based excercises or working in teams to make the excercise fun. There is no gym hierarchy here, all abilities are welcome.

Nutrition Support
Not sure what macronutrients are. Or how to calculate your calorie intake? Do not worry we can support you with this. When you join, one of our personal trainers will take your measurements and work out the exact amount of calories you need to meet your goals.
